As Covid-19 evolves, I am temporarily moving to offering Skype sessions as a safe way to provide support while reducing the risk of any possible community transmission.
We are in uncertain times.
My role as your counsellor is to provide a safe, consistent and kind relationship within which we can explore and process anxiety and other states that might be arising from from the different world we are all facing.
The process of being seen, heard and valued can help to grow self awareness and create positive change. Making sense of thoughts, feelings, old belief systems and dynamics that might be echoing in our current situation can help us to engage more fully with life and to find solutions within ourselves.
We all have unconscious drives and defenses that lead us to think, feel and behave in certain ways. Sometimes, these can lead to patterns in our life that might not serve us so well.
